Anna Sosenskaya was born on the 4-th of June, 1987, in Leningrad (St. Petersburg). She finished Leningrad Secondary Art School named after Boris Ioganson in 2005. In 2011 Anna upheld her thesis under the guidance of A.S. Charkin, painting the picture «V.Y.Struve, the astronomer» for The Central Astronomical Observatory of the Russian Academy of Sciences at Pulkovo.
In 2011 she was awarded a «Repin`s prize» for remarkable achievements in sculpture. The same year Anna was awarded a scholarship by the Ministry of Culture and graduated from Repin State Art Academy with honors, earning a medal for academic success.
In 2005 Anna won the Y.Orekhov`s prize (rus. "Премия Ю.Орехова").
In 2010 Anna received a prize and an appreciation letter from the Russian Museum for having taken part in «The Form in Fine Arts» didactic exhibition, which had taken place in the Russian Museum grammar school.
In 2010 Anna Sosenskaya, B. Constrictor, B. Chugunova and M. Lapachugina held a joint exhibition «The Air Theory» in the Mayakovsky Library.
In 2011 Anna took part in the «Without boundaries» expo, held in the Boris Yeltsin Presidential Library. She has also been participating in various exhibitions, organized by the St. Petersburg House of the Youth (rus. Петербургский Дом Молодежи).
Anna takes part in the exhibitions, organized by the St. Petersburg Union of Artists, on a regular basis: the «Spring», the «Summer» and the «Zooculture» exhibitions, young artists` exhibitions, anniversary exhibitions etc.
Anna participated in the 3rd «The Poetry of Creation» symposium in Zarechny, concerning marble sculptures.
In 2012 Anna`s sculpture composition «The Sea Listener» was installed in one of Zarechny city parks. в 2012г.
She also participated in the 4th «The Poetry of Creation» symposium in Zarechny, presenting the sculptural composition called «The Song of Love», and in other international sculpture symposiums in Datça, Kirikalle (Turkey, August 2013) and Antalya (October, November 2013).
In September-October 2014 Anna took part in the «The 4th Baltic Biennale».
She has been a full-time member of the St. Petersburg Union of Artists since 2012.
