Konstantin was born in Moscow in 1970. In 1984 he finished a secondary art school. Later he attended classes in two local art universities. Konstantin also took part in several archaeological expeditions and visited the Caucasus and Central Asia. From 1988 to 1992 he lived in Tallinn (Estonia), where he took part in numerous regional exhibitions. Konstantin has been living in Moscow since 1993. From 1997 to 2000 he worked in the workshop of monumental and decorative art, focusing on artistic processing of metal. Konstantin`s works have been included in many private collections both in Russia and abroad.
In 2013 Konstantin took part in the 5-th Moscow biennale of contemporary art, he also participated in the exhibition held by the Moscow Union of Artists.
In 2014 Maliutin held a solo exhibition in Brusov Art Space Gallery.
