Refund policy

In each case the possibility of a return is considered individually. If you are not completely satisfied with a received work of art be sure to inform us and we will try to solve this problem.

Under Russian legislation you have the right to refuse from a work or return it before the transfer or within 7 days after receipt. Under that the work shall be fully intact and you shall have on hands the documents confirming the purchase. Under complying with these conditions we shall within 10 days refund you with money in cash or transfer them to the specified account.

Please note the costs of delivery are not refundable.

Defects detected

When receiving a work carefully inspect it for defects. If everything is in order, sign and hand over to the courier a document acknowledging the receipt of the work and its integrity.

If during the inspection any defects have been revealed, we shall as soon as possible in the term not exceeding 10 days replace the work. If replacement is not possible, we shall refund.

In case if having received a work, you are disappointed with it or you do not like it, please let us know about it. We shall try to solve this problem and make your experience with an order of paintings as pleasant as possible.
